Warm hospitality and hearty breakfasts

From the moment we arrived, Shaun and Mark welcomed us like family. Their laughter filled the air as we enjoyed the exquisite full English breakfasts, perfectly cooked to start our day. Our family room had all the comforts, including plenty of USB charging points, which was a huge plus for us. The thoughtfulness in providing tea, coffee, and even bottled water made our stay even more enjoyable.

While our stay was delightful, the car park was a bit limited, and we had to be mindful of available spaces. Shaun and Mark were very accommodating and managed to help us with this minor inconvenience.

The bathroom could really use some updates!!! The shower took ages to heat up, which was quite frustrating!!! I do hope they add more parking spaces for convenience!!!

The location is fantastic, just a few yards from a great chip shop and a Wetherspoons, making meals easy. Close to the beach yet still quiet, we enjoyed peaceful nights after busy days. The room was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, adding to our comfort during the stay.

Take advantage of their thoughtful provision of bottled water in the room to stay hydrated after a long day of sightseeing.

Comfortable family stay for four nights, featuring hearty full English breakfasts and an appealing salad option. While the shower took a while to heat up, it performed well once warm. Parking was tighter than my fancy dress during a gala! It’s more of a game of Tetris than you'd expect.

we returned to blackpool for a romantic weekend and oakleigh house totally exceeded our expectations. mark and sean were so welcoming, making us feel right at home. the breakfast was delicious and with plenty of flexibility for our fussy tastes!

i truly enjoyed my stay, as it was just a short walk of around 500 meters to the sandcastle waterpark and under 2 km to the iconic blackpool tower, making my daily strolls delightful and effortless.
